Wherever you are, wherever you go, whatever you do, remain in a positive frame of mind. When thoughts go negative, turn them around. For it is with a positive mind that we may experience peace within.
There are times when conflicts arise, confusions take place, persons and trains running late, and tempers flare. When we are at fault, we can only express our apologies and try to make it up to those involved. When injustice is aimed our way, we can turn the other way, living with peace in our hearts.
Be nice to each other.
Even when someone is mean we do not have to respond with anger. It is always best to let them be and not take it in.
The Magnolias in Central Park know how to be….Happy!
Hello Friends ~ I’ve been out and about with camera in hand, witnessing Life and capturing the Beauty of Spring as it unfolds before us. Everywhere, I see people happy ~ holding hands, smiling, laughing. Bright colors bursting forth, my heart is elated by all I see in this beautiful New York City. Much like the flower, we can open up to show our beauty, bask in the sun, be washed by the rains. Let’s be like a flower for today!
Thai Massage is healing of the body and mind through touch. Its a combination of deep tissue, streaking to balance with your body and find peace. The stretching part of Thai massage is similar to that of Yoga. For people who don’t stretch often you can benefit from the assisted stretching to help your body become more mobile and limber.
The combination of Thai massage will remove all your tiredness and stiffness in all your body. This is done in layers over a series of Thai massage sessions. You will benefit from trying something different than other types of massage. Please come to Thai Massage NYC for more information.
